The terms and conditions which are the terms on which New Zealand Plant Finder offers you access to the services provided on the New Zealand Plant Finder website. By using New Zealand Plant Finder you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use our services. That New Zealand Plant Finder does not accept responsibility that any plants are still available from any supplier nursery and that plant names have been correctly applied by those suppliers. That while reasonable effort is taken to check accuracy, errors and omissions can occur and therefore New Zealand Plant Finder will not accept responsibility for the consequences of such errors. |
| That day-to-day the data recorded at the website is subject to change, this is due to the nature of the industry and beyond New Zealand Plant Finder control. Therefore some plants sourced today, may have no recorded source tomorrow. |

That suppliers, who are listed in good faith and without prejudice on this website, conduct their businesses according to their own practices, not those set by New Zealand Plant Finder. That New Zealand Plant Finder retains the right to refuse suppliers the opportunity to list for whatever reason we see fit which may or may not be disclosed. That New Zealand Plant Finder also retains the right to refuse access to plant seekers for whatever reason we see fit. |
| That, as New Zealand Plant Finder acts only to link plant seekers with suppliers and takes no part in any subsequent financial arrangements between these parties, New Zealand Plant Finder takes no responsibility for the nature of those arrangements or any disputes arising from them. |
